Despite being early on in my Recruitment career I have built up a very strong and sound understanding of what my clients want from their candidates. I have also learnt very quickly what both clients and candidates expect from a Recruitment Consultant and pride myself on ensuring I do anything I say that I will do even if it is as little as calling when I say I will. These simple things are extremely important to me and I feel they are what sets me apart from other Consultants my clients and candidates have dealt with in the past. My aim is to offer a consultative approach to the needs of both my clients and candidates.
