Raphael Blake

Raphael joined the legal division of Search Consultancy in 2004 having worked previously with a boutique legal search & selection firm.

He has gained vast experience within the North West, Yorkshire and North East legal recruitment markets.  Working across all disciplines, his principal focus and expertise falls within the corporate commercial, specialising in senior appointments and team moves. Raphael has an excellent track record of delivering successful strategic search & selection mandates, identifying and matching candidates abilities and ambitions with those of his clients.

Due to his extensive market knowledge and candidate reach, he adds significant value to the departments and firms he works with. Raphael manages the legal division for Search's offices in both the Northwest & Yorkshire. He has experience through the spectrum of functions from however largely across Solictor, Associate and Partner level, as well as being involved in advising clients on longer term growth strategies. 

Raphael graduated from the University of Leeds with a lower first degree in International Business.
