IIP Gold status     

In January 2011, Search Consultancy not only retained its IIP status for the 5^th time, but we blew previous assessments out of the water by achieving 'Gold' status. Not only are we the first recruitment company to have achieved this, but we also sit within a very unique group of only 1% of organisations who have been awarded at this level in any industry in the UK. The IIP Assessor was overwhelmed by Search as a business and described us as a 'very special' organisation.
