10,000 strong database in the following areas:-
- Joinery (shop fitting to shuttering)
- Brick / Block work (from foundations up)
- Stonemasonry
- M&E (excluding air conditioning)
- Roofing (from slating to liquid plastics including rot
work)
- Decorators (all disciplines)
- Wet Trades
- Scaffolding (erect and dismantle)
- Suspended Ceilings

All of our tradespeople pass through our stringent ISO9002
accredited vetting process which consists of:-
- 4 Working references (all contacted)
- interviewed by our professional staff to your requirements
- Trade papers
- Valid CSCS card
- Other qualification / tickets needed by yourself.
All persons involved with Search Contract Construction will go
through an in-house site specific induction before commencing on
their mandatory onsite induction, we will write
up method statements and risk assessments in conjunction with
our and your health and safety policy requirements (after
being signed off and agreed by yourself). All tradesmen will read
and sign these before completing any work on site.
All of our documents will meet OHSAS18001standards.
