This group hotel operator are presently looking to recruit for a Sales Manager to join their sales team. The 4 Star Hotel has extensive Food and Beverage Facilities which includes a rosette restaurant , Conference and Banqueting for up to 300 guests. This role is field based with an emphasis on dealing with local corporate and SME within the local area for midweek business for the hotel. You will be required to focus on increasing the sales activity with a motivated , focused approach and to be able to develop enquiries with face to face client meetings to sell the business in the area. Reporting to the Director of Sales and working with an internal sales team this is a hands on role to use your skills and sales experience to further develop sales in all areas of the hotel.
