The fact that many of our team have previously worked in the
Financial Services industry has proved invaluable in helping us to
develop indepth understanding of businesses, individuals and
roles.
A key difference in our approach is that we view both clients
and candidates as clients. This isn't just semantics, it's how we
do business. Traditionally recruiters just represent employers and
work to fill their vacancies by sourcing appropriately skilled
candidates. Whilst we do offer this service, almost half our
business comes from working with individuals and identifying and
securing the perfect role for them and their career.
Whilst the majority of our individual assignments relate to
recruiting Independent Financial Advisors, we are equally
experienced at hiring and representing Bancassurance Advisors,
Paraplanners, Sales Support and Administrators.
At Search we undertake a full review with every individual we
represent. This covers career history, experience, ambitions and
aspirations. We then provide customised feedback on the market
conditions and the available options. A strategy is then mutually
agreed including regular communication.
Of course all communication is conducted in a completely
confidential manner to protect all parties - whether you are a job
seeker, a Partner or Director of an IFA firm.
