Our client, a leading private practice firm
requires a corporate finance lawyer to join their busy team within
their Edinburgh office.
You will ideally have experience of working with
M&A, private equity, joint ventures and have a good general
level of general corporate finance and corporate experience.
The ideal candidate will be very focussed and driven,
able to work within a team environment and have a desire to further
their career in this area. Good prospects for progression and a
competitive package are available.
