Well established, full service law firm based in Yorkshire is seeking to hire an experienced residential conveyancer.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience handling a full caseload of sales and purchase files, including freehold, leasehold, new builds and shared ownership.

You will be a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or residential property paralegal and be comfortable working towards very attainable targets.

This is an opportunity that will provide great training and development, within a strong team.

Salary is circa £18,000 however is dependent on experience.
