New Additions to the Legal Team
Kirsty Boytler recently joined Search in Aberdeen. Kirsty is an
experienced recruitment professional with over six years of
domestic and international experience. Prior to joining us, she
worked across many professional services divisions for two
independent recruitment companies. Kirsty has years of experience
in working with both industry and private firms within both the
public and private sectors in Europe, the Middle East and
Australasia.
After four years in Dubai, Kirsty has returned to her native
Scotland to enjoy the British weather and use her rich skills and
experience to offer a professional service to both clients and
candidates in the buoyant Aberdeen marketplace.
Search is also delighted to announce the appointment
of Alison Smith as a Consultant in the Legal division who
will be recruiting for qualified legal East
Coast Scotland roles
Alison comes to recruitment from practising as a commercial
property solicitor in both London and Scotland and has worked in
the legal profession for 8 years at (the now) Hogan Lovells, CMS
Cameron McKenna and Brodies. She is very experienced at dealing
with the legal profession, from trainees to senior partners, and is
able to fully appreciate the aspirations, motivations and concerns
of both candidates and clients alike.
Alison chose to pursue a career in legal
recruitment having enjoyed being part of the
recruitment selection process for trainees at her previous
firms, combined with her enjoyment of business development and
marketing on behalf of her firms whilst practising as a solicitor.
She brings a fresh approach to recruitment having worked in the
legal industry directly.
Alison is delighted to have joined us and looks forward to
extending her working relationships with clients and candidates
within the legal division.
