At Search, the relationships we enjoy within the industry are
exceptional. Established in 1986, we are one of the largest
privately owned recruitment companies in the UK, working with a
significant number of companies within the FTSE 500.
Our in-house legal team has a wealth of experience in supporting
legal professionals as they move from either private practice into
industry, or between companies. We can also advise on how best to
manage the recruitment process, from initial board-level
discussions and budget approval, through the interview stages to
the negotiation of equity-based remuneration packages.
