Are you an experienced Administrator? Are you looking for a company that can offer career progression?

This is a great job opportunity for someone to join a company as an Administrator and work their way up the career ladder. The company are friendly, sociable and a truly great place to work.

Duties include:-

* Dealing with Building Surveyor Questionnaires
* Arranging property valuations
* Dealing with telephone calls both inbound and outbound
* Liaising with banks
* Chasing outstanding documentation
* Postal duties
* Liaising with customer over the telephone to update
* Assisting with the preparation of loan applications and cases
* Archiving
* Faxing, scanning and photocopying
* Emails
* Ordering stationery
* Assisting the Team Managers as and when required


* You will have experience working within a similar role
* Possess an excellent telephone manner
* Be driven and determined to achieve deadlines
* Have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload whilst working on your own initiative
* Able to work Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
