Construction firm based in the North side of Glasgow are looking for an Administrator to join the team due to business growth and expansion.
This is a busy Administration job and will suit someone who enjoys a busy and varied workload and working to deadlines.
Answering all incoming calls and dealing with queries from operatives and sub contractors
Manage all E Learning courses and ensure all operatives carry out modules as requested
Ensure all training records are maintained and updated both electronically and manually
Compiling information for O&M manuals
Ensure all Contract Managers have job packs prior to work commencing
Assist with purchase orders, ensuring invoices, delivery notice and purchase orders are filed correctly and all information matches
Collate timesheets for operatives and ensure all information is present and correct before processing
Ensure all operatives with tracking devices are tracking and device is in full working order
Filing all documentation
All other Administrative duties as and when required.
Previous Administration experience within a small but extremely busy Construction office
Excellent work ethic, ability to meet deadlines and manage busy workload
Team player who will support others when needed
Good knowledge of all MS Office applications and ability to pick up new systems.
Salary - £15,000 - £20,000 depending on previous experience and ability.
