In my 8 year (so far) recruitment career, one thing I would
call my 'hallmark' is understanding; understanding the
companies I work with and their needs, understanding the people I'm
working with, their skills and aspirations and understanding the
marketplace, how are things and where are opportunities for
people.
This has led me to build an enviable reputation and a great
network of contacts across Marketing and Communications in Scotland
and the Wider UK Market.
I also have particular interests in Social Media and Food
& Drink and one of the greatest thinks about Marketing
recruitment is how often I get to work on roles that involve either
one or other. Just don't ask me how to make Bearnaise - unless
you've got 20 minutes to spare.
