I joined Search in January
2012 and I am specialising in Temporary Social Care
Recruitment. This is a sucessful and growing Medical Division. I
work in partnership with Clients from both the Public and Private
Sector to provide temporary staffing solutions on a 24 hour
basis.
As a Healthcare Consultant within Care there's a lot of
organisation required. From ensuring all our temporary staff have
up to date training, references' and CRB checks. I then make sure
that our Clients have accurate profile information on the temp that
will be working at their facility.
Consistency is important to our Clients within their homes to help
their residents feel more relaxed with the staff. This is something
that Search strive's to achieve.
All of our temporary staff are unique but all share the same value
- to give the best care and support to those who need it.
